MADCash is an Islamic Fintech building a Syariah compliant microfunding platform that will be able to track impact and related activities using mobile apps and web based application. MADCash enables unbanked and underbanked women entrepreneurs to get interest free loans as rolling capital to improve the economic status of their households with each pay back funding another entrepreneur. The target beneficiaries are women entrepreneurs working micro businesses that have a growth mindset. This creates an ecosystem of women growing, supporting and funding women. We know that many microfinancing organizations are using old school methods for monitoring loan payment and impact. MADCash uses technology and a simple mobile app to track repayment, sales and expenses which allows sponsors/donors to see the impact of their contribution. We also know that giving money alone is not enough, we are also building a women entrepreneur ecosystem and include mentors, coaches and trainers a well. MADCash also has a marketing, networking and educational components. We work with the global Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) to provide basic business and financial skills.
