Specialist, Performance & Rewards - Human Resource

The Specialist, Performance & Rewards is responsible for assisting in driving the performance and reward agenda across the organisation and ensuring optimised HR operational processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or related.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources - generalist/specialist
Possesses relevant working experience in the field of C&B/P&R/HR Operations would be an added advantage
Good understanding of the full cycle of the hiring process
Familiar with the current employment act and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of HR best practices
Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research

Responsibilities

Conduct salary studies to support recommendations on compensation structure that aligns with the industry range and meets the budget
Design benefits, including health and wellness programs that would meet the needs of the workforce and the budget
Execute the performance management process and its related communications efforts by analysing data and feedback to develop continuous improvement actions
Provide middle and senior managers with a communications toolkit to explain evaluation ratings to each individual staff
Maintain proper records of performance reviews to ensure that sensitive and confidential information is securely stored
